Eczema on hands and body

Although billed as hand creams, Butter Fingers, Finger Food and Miracle Balm can work a treat on patches of eczema on the hands, feet or body (in the elbow and knee joints). So, which ingredients help?

- Beeswax forms a protective layer on the skin; providing a barrier against water and cold weather.

- Borage seed oil is rich in Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) which converts to prostaglandin E1 in the body; crucial for healing eczema.

- Marshmallow root can reduce skin infammation and help grow new skin cells.

Which one should I use?

Use Butter Fingers for eczema on the hands, feet or localised patches. Use Miracle Balm to give a protective barrier to widerspread patches on the hand, feet and body. Also easiest to use on children! Use Finger Food for sorer skin.
