At SkinnyDip we strive to be as perfect as we can possibly be. We make and package all our products ourselves and keep a beady eye on their quality. We guarantee to only send products which meet the high SkinnyDip standards.
We are obliged to bore you with our terms and conditions, but we have tried to keep them plain, simple and jargon-free (even if they are a little dull).

By ordering products through Skinny-dip.co.uk, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. Any SkinnyDip products purchased through this website are not intended for resale.
|On our website:|| Placing an order through www.skinny-dip.co.uk is simple. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping basket, you follow a series of simple instructions to select your delivery address and payment method.
After finalising your order request by clicking the ‘place order’ button at the end of the process, you will be redirected to the Paypal website to enter your payment details. By entering your details and clicking the ‘Pay now’ button, you will be placing your order.
By placing an order you are offering to buy goods from us. We will let you know that we have received your order but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. There is no contract between us until we have accepted your order.
When we have accepted your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement confirming your order reference, value and payment method. We suggest you keep this confirmation in a safe place in case you have any queries.
|Telephone orders:||We do not have a dedicated mail order line, but you can call the office on 01684 310748. If we are unavailable, leave your name and contact number and we will call you back.|
|Email orders:||E-mail Emma@skinny-dip.co.uk with details of what you would like and the delivery address. Do not provide any card or payment details via email. Emma will contact you to arrange payment.|
For telephone and email orders, payment will be taken at the time of despatch.
You can pay through Paypal using any major credit or debit card or through your Paypal account. Paying by credit or debit card does not require you to have a Paypal account. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In such cases, Paypal will reject your payment and your order will not be placed.
4. CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
If you change your mind about what you’ve ordered or want to add additional products, the simplest thing is to contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
If your order has not been despatched, we will do our uttermost to make the changes you require. In cases where your order has already been despatched, please refer to the SkinnyDip returns and refunds policy.
You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.
We aim to despatch orders within two working days and will email you to let you know when your order is on its way. We use Royal Mail first class postage for all our deliveries.
We’re not the sort who like to overcharge for our packaging and postage, so we’ve tried to structure our charges so that they reflect the actual cost to us. We’ve done this by automating the SkinnyDip website to calculate the weight of the items in your shopping basket. When you place your order, it identifies the total weight and identifies the appropriate postage and packaging cost.
Orders over £50 (including VAT) are delivered free of charge.
Our postage charges are as follows:

All SkinnyDip products are handmade. In the absolute rarest of occasions where we can’t supply something that you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative item or a refund, whichever you prefer. We will never send a substitute without asking you first.
If you wish to return any products, they must reach us within 20 working days of when we despatched your order.
Please ensure they are packed appropriately (ideally using the packaging we initially supplied) and include a note stating your order reference, contact details and reason for returning the item. Upon receipt, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to exchange the items or receive a refund. If you desire a refund, we will aim to issue a refund within ten working days of contacting you. Any returned items must be sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind and it is after seven days of the delivery date, please note that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.
At SkinnyDip, we aim for the highest level of quality at all stages of making, packaging and despatching your order. Please inspect your delivery and report any faulty or damaged goods as soon as you can.
If you receive a damaged parcel or a defective product, please contact us within 20 working days of when we despatched the order. You will receive a replacement product or full refund (including the cost of returning them to us). Please contact email@example.com with your order reference, contact details and details of what is wrong with the product. Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
If the item you received does not correspond to the description given at the time of your order, please follow the procedure for damaged products. We try our hardest to provide a clear and accurate description on the website, together with images of how the product looks. We will pay for the postage return costs, but would be grateful if you would contact us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase. All refunds and partial refunds will be completed within 30 days. The no quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. If you want more information on these rights, they are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
The prices on this website are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the price of your goods at the time that your order was placed for purposes of refunds and returns.
The retail prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Any wholesale prices quoted will be exclusive of VAT.
11. SKINNYDIP PRODUCTS
SkinnyDip products are all handmade in small batches. Whilst we use exactly the same ingredients in each batch and follow the recipe to the letter, there may be some variability between batches in terms of colour, texture and scent.
